In October, 2005, Asım Kocabıyık Foundation for Culture and Education started to build a two-storey building on what was originally a one-storey warehouse spread over an area of 2.200 m2, using the application projects prepared by Uludağ University. In the main building, there are 11 classrooms, 7 fully equipped laboratories, rooms for meetings, recreation, sketching, reading and seminars, a library, a cafeteria and adequate number of offices for the academic staff.

The college has three departments consisting of the Technical Programs Department with "Food Technology", "Mapping and Cadastral Survey" and "Agricultural Production" programs; Economics and Business Administration Programs Department; and Maritime Programs Department. In coming years, five more programs are planned to be added.
